Original covering letter addressing the Embassy of Brazil in detail, mentioning the day to day agenda and business activity in Brazil and must be signed by the authority with Name, Designation and the contact number of authorized signatory
Original notarized invitation letter from the counterpart in Brazil in Portuguese language with the complete details of applicant and the purpose of travel
Recommendation letter from the Chamber of Commerce, India
Latest original personal bank statement for the last 6 months (i.e. bank's stamp on every page)
Personal Income tax return of last three years
Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner, Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor and salary slips of last 3 months in employed)
Return air ticket itinerary
Credit card copy and visiting card of the applicant
