• 2 Colour photographs, must not be older than 6months (Size : 3.5 x 4.5 cm., white background, dark colored clothes, 80% face cover, No sunglasses, hat or any head covering)
• Confirmed tickets in and out of Thailand
• Confirmed Hotel Voucher
• Attested personal bank statement having minimum balance equivalent to USD 700 over a period of 6 months
• Personal Covering Letter is Mandatory in Typed format only. (Applicant Name, Passport Details, Travel Dated, Purpose of travel, accommodation details, expenses to be borne by, Signature, Contact number, residential address and email address )
• A copy of previous Thai visa (if any)
